3. Replace each line entry that you copied from the GxxSTOP files to the new file,

When you create your obey file, remember the following:
For each server entry, you must add a FREEZE invocation before the
STOP command.
Make sure that your obey file stops the TRANSFER objects in the
following order:
TERMs
TCPs
SERVERs
4. Once you have created your obey file, enter the following command:
1> PATHCOM /IN def/ $pm
