Another parameter applies to GFSERV in addition to those described in the general
PARAM specifications. This parameter is described in Table 7-5 and applies to
GFSERV configured in either the G-FILE or the TTY-G-FILE server class.

Default = 20
The number of IDs reserved by the server. Increase this number if your
system creates a large number of items. A TMF transaction and an
update are performed after itemidcache number of items have
been created.
