Determining Interest Groups
The Interest Group Creation Privileges field indicates what user privileges are
required for creating an interest group at the local node. An interest group is a group
of correspondents who have a common interest or function; these correspondents
share access to group folders and can add their names to group distribution lists.
A value of C means that any local correspondent can create an interest group. A value
of A means that interest groups can be created only by users with system
administrative write privileges. The TRANSFER default is A.
