Using ADMIN to Administer TRANSFER

Number of Samples (Per Average)
The Number of Samples (Per Average) field indicates how many samples are collected
for each depot.
Number of Averages
The Number of Averages field indicates how many averaged samples are saved.
Standard Item Counting
The Standard Item Counting field, when set to YES (the default), indicates that the
same item is accounted for in a depot’s statistics every time it is saved in the depot.
When the field is set to NO, the item is counted only once regardless of whether it is
saved in more than folder.
Note All items are stored only once in the TRANSFER database. If a correspondent stores an item multiple
times, or if multiple correspondents store the same item, TRANSFER keeps just one copy and uses the
item ID number as a pointer.

Function Keys The bottom of the DEPOT STATISTICS CONFIGURATION screen lists the functions
that you can perform by pressing the indicated keys.
Get the configuration information for the depot statistics facility by pressing F1.
Update the changes you have typed on the DEPOT STATISTICS
CONFIGURATION screen by pressing F8.
Recover the DEPOT STATISTICS CONFIGURATION screen to its previous state
by pressing SF14.
Get the HELP screen for an explanation of either the DEPOT STATISTICS
CONFIGURATION screen or the ADMIN message currently displayed on the
advice line by pressing F15.
Return to the MAIN MENU screen by pressing F16 or SF16.
