MONITOR CONFIGURATION Screen

Active Alarm Log Location
You use the Active Alarm Log Location field to specify the location of your notification
log file.
Database Sample Interval
You use the Database Sample Interval field to set the interval for database sampling.
Queue Sample Interval
You use the Queue Sample Interval field to set the interval for queue sampling.
Database Threshold
You use the Database Threshold field to set the threshold for database file capacity.
Queues
The Queues line lists the values for the queue types.
Work Types
The Work Types line lists the values for the work types.
Queue Thresholds—Queue
The Queue Threshold—Queue column gives the selected queue type.
Queue Thresholds—Work
The Queue Threshold—Work column gives the selected work type.
MaxValue
The MaxValue column gives the threshold for the alarm.
Function Keys The MONITOR CONFIGURATION screen lists the tasks you can perform from this
screen by pressing the indicated function keys.
Print (F9) prints the current screen. Output goes to the location specified in the
Current Printer Location field on the TMANAGER MAIN MENU screen.
Update (F14) updates the monitor and threshold configuration values.
You must have system administrative write privileges; if not, you get a security
violation error.
Recover (SF14) recovers the screen to its last state.
Help (F15) gets a HELP screen explaining the MONITOR CONFIGURATION
screen or provides detailed information for the error message currently on the
advice line.
Return (F16) returns you to the MAIN MENU screen.
Exit (SF16) returns you to the MAIN MENU screen.
