Screens Used for
Probe and Trace
Functions
TMANAGER provides screens to help you answer a correspondent who asks, "What
happened to the package I sent?" You use several of these screens for analyzing
problems with item transport and delivery: the SCHEDULER QUEUE SCAN screen
and the FOLDER SCAN screen, with their related ITEM TRACE screen; and the
RECIPIENT SELECT screen, with its related RECIPIENT DISPLAY and X400
RECIPIENT screens. These screens provide a means to look at scheduler queues, to
scan a folder, and to trace an individual item and get information about its recipients.
The SCHEDULER
QUEUE SCAN Screen
From the SCHEDULER QUEUE SCAN screen you can see the current contents of the
READY, TIME, and NET scheduler queues, as well as the subset of HELD entries in
the READY queue.
Figure 10-11 illustrates the SCHEDULER QUEUE SCAN screen.
