Field Descriptions The FOLDER SCAN screen presents you the following fields for entering data and for
displaying information.
Folder
The Folder field at the upper left of the screen displays the folder currently being
scanned.
Creator
The Creator field gives you the first 20 characters of the name of the creator of the
item.
Subject
The Subject field displays the first 36 characters of the subject line of the item.
Begin Delivery
The Begin Delivery field indicates the earliest delivery date—month, day, and time—
of the item.
Function Keys The FOLDER SCAN screen lists the tasks you can perform from this screen by
pressing the indicated function keys.
Next Page (NEXT PAGE) retrieves the next 12 items in the current folder.
Previous Page (PREV PAGE) retrieves the previous 12 items in the current folder.
Print (F9) prints the current screen. Output goes to the location specified in the
Current Printer Location field on the TMANAGER MAIN MENU screen.
Scan (F11) displays the first 12 entries in the current folder. It also provides a
quick way of returning to the first 12 items in the folder when you have been
paging through the folder.
Item Trace (F12) gets the ITEM TRACE screen, which provides detailed
information for the specified item.
You can select an item by positioning the cursor on the FOLDER SCAN screen.
Recover (SF14) recovers the screen to its last state.
Help (F15) gets a HELP screen explaining the FOLDER SCAN screen or provides
detailed information for the error message currently on the advice line.
Return (F16) returns you to the MAIN MENU screen.
Exit (SF16) returns you to the MAIN MENU screen.
