Field Descriptions Except for the Item Id field, the fields on the ITEM TRACE screen are for displaying
information only.
Item Id
The Item Id field gives the ID of the selected item.
Package Header
If the item is a package header, Package Header is set to Y for yes; if not, it is set to N
for no.
Sent
The Sent field tells you the date and time that the item was submitted. If the item was
not submitted for delivery, this field contains zeros.
Item Size
The Item Size field gives the size of the item as defined by the TRANSFER depot
statistics facility. If the statistics facility is not enabled, the value is 0.
Creator
The Creator field displays the first 70 bytes of the name of the creator of the item. If an
item was imported by the TRANSFER X400 gateway, the creator name is identified by
_X400_.
Folder Entry Owner
If the ITEM TRACE screen was called from the FOLDER SCAN screen, the Folder
Entry Owner field displays the name of the TRANSFER correspondent owning this
entry. You can use this field to determine the name of the correspondent that filed the
item in a group bulletin-board folder. If this screen was not called from the FOLDER
SCAN screen, the field is blank.
Subject
The Subject field gives you the first line of the subject text.
