Considerations Consider the following as you view the ITEM TRACE screen:
The item ID is displayed in a format like that for TSCHED and TWORK item-ID
logging. You must enter item IDs in the same format:
n, n, n, n, n, n
where n is an integer in the range -32768 to 32767. The integers must be separated
by a comma and exactly one space.
To get information for another item, enter that item ID in the Item Id field and
press F12.
If the item is a package header, you can get a list of recipients by pressing F7.
If the specified item is not a package header or is an unsubmitted package header
item, fields that have no meaning for the item (such as earliest delivery date)
contain zeros.
Function Keys The ITEM TRACE screen lists the tasks you can perform from this screen by pressing
the indicated function keys.
Recipients (F7) displays the list of recipients for the specified item.
Print (F9) prints the current screen. Output goes to the location specified in the
Current Printer Location field on the TMANAGER MAIN MENU screen.
Item Trace (F12) displays detailed information for the specified item.
Recover (SF14) recovers the screen to its last state.
Help (F15) gets a HELP screen explaining the ITEM TRACE screen or provides
detailed information for the error message currently on the advice line.
Return (F16) returns you to the screen from which you called the ITEM TRACE
screen.
Exit (SF16) returns you to the MAIN MENU screen.
