The RECIPIENT
SELECT Screen
The RECIPIENT SELECT screen and its related RECIPIENT DISPLAY and X400
RECIPIENT screens provide a complete list of TRANSFER recipients for a specified
package. You can learn the delivery status of each local recipient, as well as whether
the package has been sent from the local node to remote recipients.
Figure 10-14 shows the RECIPIENT SELECT Screen.

Displaying the Screen You get the RECIPIENT SELECT screen by pressing F7 from the ITEM TRACE screen.
Field Descriptions The RECIPIENT SELECT screen presents you the following fields for entering data
and for displaying information.
Starting Recipient Name
In the Starting Recipient Name field, you can type the recipient name and node where
you want to begin retrieval in the recipient list. You can use a pattern and node
name—like SM* @DALLAS—as you do for other TRANSFER correspondent names.
You must, however, always include the node.
Blanks indicate that retrieval starts at the beginning of the list.
