Options
The Option field offers you the following options for selectively retrieving records. Y
(yes) selects the option; N (no) suppresses the option.
Get Exact selects the recipient record that exactly matches the name specified in
the Starting Recipient Name field.
Ignore Suffix retrieves all recipient records for the given recipient, regardless of
what suffix might be appended to the recipient name.
Get Next indicates whether retrieval begins at the record specified by the Starting
Recipient Name or the record following that one.
No Local Node Name omits the node name from the returned recipient names if
the recipients are local.
Filters & Values
The Filter and Values fields define the filters by which records are selected for
retrieval. The first field sets whether to filter. A flag of N (no) specifies that no
filtering is done; a flag of Y (yes) indicates that filtering on that field is done, using the
corresponding value. The second field specifies the value on which to filter. Selection
criteria for retrieval are the following:
Recip Type
Recip Type specifies the recipient type:
323 is a CC (Courtesy Copy) Recipient.
324 is a BCC (Blind Copy) Recipient.
340 is a TO Recipient.
Delivered
Delivered indicates whether the package was delivered to the recipient by TAREQ.
Examined
Examined indicates whether the recipient acknowledged receipt; that is, the mail client
issued an ACK-RECEIPT UOW for the package.
Canceled
Canceled specifies whether delivery to the recipient was canceled by the package
sender.
Expired
Expired indicates whether the package was removed from the recipient’s INBOX
because it expired.
