RECIPIENT SELECT Screen

Function Keys The RECIPIENT SELECT screen lists the tasks you can perform from this screen by
pressing the indicated function keys.
Start Showing Recips (F4) calls the RECIPIENT DISPLAY screen, to display the
first recipient record that matches the entry in the Starting Recipient Name field.
Restore Defaults (SF4) restores the default screen values that were originally
displayed.
X400 Recips (F8) calls the first page of the X400 RECIPIENT screen, to display the
first X400 recipient record that matches the entry in the Starting Recipient Name
field.
Print (F9) prints the current screen. Output goes to the location specified in the
Current Printer Location field on the TMANAGER MAIN MENU screen.
Recover (SF14) recovers the screen to its last state.
Help (F15) gets a HELP screen explaining the RECIPIENT SELECT screen or
provides detailed information for the error message currently on the advice line.
Return (F16) returns you to the ITEM TRACE screen.
Exit (SF16) returns you to the MAIN MENU screen.
Using the RECIPIENT
SELECT Screen
This screen initially displays the default search-criteria values used for retrieving local
recipient records. If you need to change any of them, you can customize the search
criteria by entering new values. See the corresponding definitions for the Get-Recip-
Rec-C20 UOW in the TRANSFER Reference Manual for a complete explanation of all
recipient record fields and values.
To begin displaying recipients, press F4, which invokes the RECIPIENT DISPLAY
screen.
