Field Descriptions The RECIPIENT DISPLAY screen displays information in the following fields.
Recipient Name
The Recipient Name field at the top of the screen contains the fully qualified
correspondent name of the current recipient (unless you specified a local recipient
name without the node).
If the name includes _X400_ @ gateway node (n1,n2,n3), the recipient has received the
item through the TRANSFER X400 gateway. The gateway node is the name of the
TRANSFER X400 node, and the numbers in the suffix mean the following:
n1 is a recipient record type.
n2 is the number of the node where the item was created.
n3 is the sequence number of the corresponding _X400_ recipient name record.
Recip Type
Recip Type indicates the type of recipient record:
323 is a CC (Courtesy Copy) Recipient.
324 is a BCC (Blind Copy) Recipient.
340 is a TO Recipient.
Delivery Status
Delivery Status indicates the delivery error value set by the TRANSFER delivery
system; a value of 0 indicates successful delivery, and a value of -4600 indicates that
this recipient is not local to this node. Other values indicate a delivery error; the
TRANSFER Administration Guide, Volume 2, Messages Manual lists the errors and how to
handle them.
Date Delivered
Date Delivered indicates the date and time of delivery.
Delivery Status Flags
These fields are valid only for correspondents on the local node.
The Delivery Status Flags reflect the values of the corresponding flags for the package.
Y indicates yes; N indicates no. These values are explained in the discussion of the
RECIPIENT SELECT screen that precedes this section.
