X400 RECIPIENT Screen

Field Descriptions—Page 1 The first page of the X400 RECIPIENT screen displays information in the following
fields.
Country through Organization Name
The fields in the top half of the screen are elements of the O/R address used by the
OSI/MHS system. See the Tandem OSI/MHS Configuration and Management Manual for
definitions.
Recipient Type
Recipient Type indicates the type of recipient record:
323 is a CC (Courtesy Copy) Recipient.
324 is a BCC (Blind Copy) Recipient.
340 is a TO Recipient.
Delivery Status
Delivery Status indicates the delivery value set by the TRANSFER delivery system.
For imported packages, the Delivery Status field displays the value of -4600.
For exported packages, the Delivery Status field is set only on the X400 gateway
node exporting the package. A value of 0 indicates successful delivery. Other
values indicate a delivery error; the TRANSFER Administration Guide, Volume 2,
Messages Manual lists the errors and how to handle them.
Date Exported
The Date Exported field is set only on the TRANSFER X400 gateway node responsible
for exporting this package. It indicates the date and time that the package was
exported through the X400 gateway for this recipient.
Exported
Exported is a status flag; Y indicates that the package has been exported through the
X400 gateway for this recipient.
Canceled
Canceled is a status flag; Y indicates that canceled is set.
Original Recip
Original Recip is a status flag; Y indicates that original recipient is set.
Reply Requested
Reply Requested is a status flag; Y indicates that reply requested is set.
Delivery Notify
Delivery Notify is a status flag; Y indicates that delivery notification is set.
