TWORK EXPAND Priority
You can control your network operations by setting the priority for the EXPAND line
when transporting packages to remote TRECV processes.
You configure the TWORK EXPAND priority either through the DEFINETR file,
explained in Section 5, or with the PARAM EXPANDPRIORITY. The value of this
PARAM is passed to the setmode procedure, which is EXPAND line priority. The new
setmode is done only when communicating with the TRECV process on a remote node
during package transport and remote cancellation.
A zero, which is the default value for EXPANDPRIORITY, means that no setmode
procedure is performed and the normal EXPAND default priority is used. If the value
is not in the range of 0 to 150, the priority is set to 0 and no new priority is set.
Notification of Problems Problems encountered at your node can affect other nodes in the network or can reflect
problems encountered at other nodes. In either case, you should communicate with
the other system managers so that similar local problems or network problems can be
solved with the least redundancy.
