The commands to execute XIINIT are as follows:
:ASSIGN TEXTSRV, $ text-server
:PARAM NAMESPACE $ name-server.correspondent-directory
:RUN $ volume.subvol .XIINIT
$ text-server
is the process name of the Text server. If you accepted the default names when
you initialized TRANSFER, this parameter is $ZTXT.
name-server.correspondent-directory
is the Name server process name and the correspondent directory name. If you
accepted the default names when you initialized TRANSFER, this parameter is
$T.CORR.
$ volume.subvol
is the volume and subvolume on which XIINIT resides.
XIINIT performs all its operations in a single TMF transaction. If any errors are
encountered, the transaction is aborted. Warnings are also reported but do not cause a
transaction abort.
