The STATUS TISERV,PROCESSES command gives you even more information,
showing which TCPs have links to the servers:
=status tiserv,processes
SERVER #RUNNING ERROR INFO
TISERV 6 3115 34
PROCESS STATE ERROR INFO #LINKS WEIGHT
$ZTT0 RUNNING 2 4
LINKER LINK RANK
TAREQ-TCP3 001
M6530-TCP1 003
PROCESS STATE ERROR INFO #LINKS WEIGHT
$ZTT1 RUNNING 3115 320 2 6
LINKER LINK RANK
M6530-TCP2 001
TAREQ-TCP1 001
If most of the server links are higher than six, increase the number of TISERV
servers. To ensure that the number of links does not exceed six at any time, set
MAXLINKS to 6 in the PATHWAY configuration for the TISERV server class:
ALTER TISERV, MAXLINKS 6.
Note Whenever you modify the PATHWAY configuration interactively using PATHCOM commands, make the
appropriate change in the DEFINETR file or the CUSTCNFG file to ensure that the change is not lost
when TRANSFER is redefined or cold started.
