C2014 Error nnnn when trying to get X.400 MTA process name from
queue
Cause. The Exporter server had the indicated error when looking for a queue entry
that the MTA will create.
Effect. The server pauses and then tries again. No useful processing can occur until it
is successful at retrieving the queue entry.
Recovery. Determine why the Exporter server encountered the error. A -4001 or -6001,
indicates that the queue entry was not found, which is normal until the MTA has been
running for several seconds.
C2016 Attempting to open MTA process gave error ptserrorcodes
Cause. The Exporter server had the indicated error when attempting to open the MTA
process. The value part of the ptserrorcodes field can have the following values:
1 MTA busy
2 no transaction
3 invalid file number
4 process unavailable
5 invalid PDUID
6 send failed
7 close failed
8 bad password
9 no gateway
Effect. The server pauses and then tries again. No useful processing can occur until it
is successful at retrieving the queue entry.
Recovery. Determine why the Exporter server encountered the error and correct the
problem.
