C2017 sgDisconnect failed with error ptserrorcodes
Cause. The close of the MTA process failed for the reason indicated by the error code.
The value part of the ptserrorcodes field can have the following values:
1 MTA busy
2 no transaction
3 invalid file number
4 process unavailable
5 invalid PDUID
6 send failed
7 close failed
8 bad password
9 no gateway
Effect. This problem is ignored.
Recovery. No action is required.
C2019 Couldn’t open TDBServer proc , error nnnn
Cause. The server got error nnnn when trying to open a server in the process name
range proc.
Effect. The server pauses and then tries again. No useful processing can occur until it
is successful at opening a TDB server process.
Recovery. Make sure that the TDB server(s) is running, and that the process names are
correct.
C2020 Couldn’t open Queue Entry Manager proc , error nnnn
Cause. The server got error nnnn when trying to open a server in the process name
range proc.
Effect. The server pauses and then tries again. No useful processing can occur until it
is successful at opening a Queue Entry Manager server process.
Recovery. Make sure that the Queue Entry Manager server(s) is running, and that the
process names are correct.
