TSCHED Output File Error
Messages
The output file for the TRANSFER scheduler (TSCHED) can include error messages
that indicate problems encountered by TSCHED as well as problems encountered by a
TRANSFER asynchronous requester (TAREQ pseudo-terminal) or TRANSFER
receiver front end (TFRONT pseudo-terminal). The following subsection lists some of
the more common TSCHED, TAREQ, and TFRONT error messages that can appear in
the TSCHED output file. Each message written to the TSCHED output file is preceded
by:
\xxx.$yyy
the network form of the TSCHED process name
hh:mm:ss
the hour, minute, and second at which the message was written
In this subsection, variables in error messages are indicated as follows:
[n]
the number of the specific component to which the message refers;
TSCHED assigns an internal number to a component when that
component opens TSCHED.
nnnn
a numeric value
s
nnnn
a signed numeric value
xxxx
an alphanumeric value
Error messages are listed in alphabetic order; messages that begin with a variable
numeric or alphanumeric value are listed at the end of the subsection.
