NonStop Failure: Procedure nn, Kind nn, Code %nn
Cause. One of the TSCHED NonStop routines has failed unexpectedly.
Effect. TSCHED aborts.
Recovery. Please report the numbers to your Tandem system analyst or the Online
Support Center (formerly the Customer Assistance Center).
NonStop return number not 0 through 3
Cause. The CHECKPOINTMANY procedure indicated that a takeover, but 8:15 of
the status word did not contain 0, 1, 2, or 3.
Effect. TSCHED aborts.
Recovery. Bring down the TRANSFER system by running XSTOP; then restart the
system by running XCOOL.
Opener table is inconsistent
Cause. TSCHED found an opener table entry that was in use when the entry should
have been free or that was free when the entry should have been in use. This obscure
error could be caused by incorrect checkpointing in TSCHED.
Effect. TSCHED aborts.
Recovery. Report this error to your Tandem system analyst or the Online Support
Center (formerly the Customer Assistance Center).
Opener xxxx in state yyyy instead of zzzz
Cause. The TSCHED primary process fails and the backup took over.
Effect. TSCHED continues processing.
Recovery. In this situation, any TAREQ with an outstanding DISPLAY to TSCHED is
reported as being in the wrong state and forced to reset itself. This situation is
harmless.
