Cause. At startup time, TSCHED issues a RESERVELCBS GUARDIAN 90 call using
the RESERVESENDLCBS and RESERVERECEIVELCBS PARAM specifications; the
default value for both of these parameters is 0. The indicated numbers are the values
that TSCHED passed to RESERVELCBS.
Effect. TSCHED operates normally.

P-reg trace:

Cause. TSCHED, TRECV, TWORK, or TISERV is having difficulty scheduling an
event. The P-register trace indicates the stack location at the time the problem
occurred.
Effect. One of the following occurs, depending on which server is involved:
TSCHED aborts.
TRECV returns an error to TWORK, which reschedules the event for a later time.
TWORK returns the error to its TAREQ, which tries again to schedule the event.
TISERV returns an error to the requesting client.
Recovery. Correct the indicated GUARDIAN 90 file error.

Cause. You attempted to start TSCHED under a GUARDIAN 90 user ID that does not
match that of the owner of the TRANSFER name directory.
Effect. TSCHED aborts.
Recovery. Correct the GUARDIAN 90 user ID.
