Cause. The TAREQ received a TERMINATION-STATUS of 3 from the ON ERROR

Cause. The TAREQ is telling TSCHED to hold the current function on the specified
item because the TAREQ has been unable to complete the assignment successfully.
The situation is explained by previous messages. The assignment remains in the
TSCHED Ready file; TSCHED does not give out the assignment again until you restart
TSCHED with PARAM UNHOLD TRUE.
Effect. The TAREQ asks TSCHED for a new assignment. Note that only the particular
function on the item is actually being held; other functions on the item might be
scheduled and succeed.
Recovery. Restart TSCHED with PARAM UNHOLD TRUE. At that time, all held
entries have their holds cleared and the entries are retried as TAREQs become
available.

Cause. The indicated TAREQ was in the wrong state for the message that the TAREQ
just sent to TSCHED.
Effect. TSCHED resets the TAREQ and instructs the TAREQ to reset itself.
Recovery. None necessary. This message is common for idle TAREQs when TSCHED
switches to its backup.
