TCHECK Utility
Messages
The TCHECK utility locates and adjusts inconsistencies in the TRANSFER database.
When an inconsistency is found, TCHECK corrects the inconsistency and puts out a
descriptive message. This section lists TCHECK messages in alphabetic order.
Variables in these messages are indicated as follows:
nnnn a numeric value
snnnn a signed numeric value
xxxx an alphanumeric value
**** Agent Directory record missing for depot xxxxx
The agent directory profile record was missing for the indicated depot. TCHECK
created the profile record using the model-depot agent directory as the default. If the
depot was model-depot, TCHECK used the same defaults used by the TRANSFER
initialization programs.
**** Agent Selector record missing for depot xxxxx
An agent selector profile record listed in the agent directory record at the indicated
depot was missing. TCHECK adjusted the agent directory record to remove the entry
for the missing agent selector record.
**** Basic Profile record missing for depot xxxxx
The basic profile record was missing for the indicated depot. TCHECK created the
profile record using the model-depot basic profile as the default. If the depot was
model-depot, TCHECK used the same defaults used by TRANSFER initialization
programs.
*** Component descriptor missing
The descriptor record for the specified component item was not found; TCHECK
dissolved any attachments that referred to that item.
**** Configured value for EXTOBJS-ENABLED added and set to N
The value for EXTOBJS-ENABLED was missing from the correspondent directory;
TCHECK added the record using the default value N (disabled).
