To help you specify the character set and map for your version of PS MAIL 6530 or
PS MAIL 3270, Tandem provides a set of programs. These programs are available on
the DSV for each language; softdocs provide installation and usage instructions.
Appendix D includes the source-text from one of the languages, German, as an
example: SMGERMAN is used to initiate German PS MAIL and SAGERMAN is used
to initiate ADMIN to run with the German character set. The programs for other
languages have comparable names—SMFRENCH and SASWEDISH, for instance.
