PS MAIL TTY
Configuration
The PATHWAY configuration for PS MAIL TTY adds the following server classes to
the TRANSFER PATHWAY configuration:
TTY-TISERV—TRANSFER interactive server
TTY-G-FILE—GFSERV program used to access GUARDIAN 90 files
Figure 2-3 shows the PS MAIL TTY configuration. PS MAIL TTY requires two run
files residing on the same subvolume. The files are the PSMAIL object-code file and
file T9130CFG, a configuration file. These run files are copied by the definition
program to the system subvolume and optionally to alternate system subvolumes. A
PS MAIL TTY definition option allows the PSMAIL program to start new TISERV and
GFSERV processes if these servers are not available. The new TISERV and GFSERV
processes are started through the GUARDIAN 90 NEWPROCESS procedure.
