TCLPROGThe installation procedures have definition parameters that specify user-
written SCREEN COBOL object libraries (referred to as TCLPROGs in PATHWAY
commands). A Base TRANSFER definition parameter specifies the agent TCLPROG,
which contains user-written SCREEN COBOL agents. A definition parameter is
available to specify a user-extension TCLPROG for each mail client—PS MAIL 6530 or
PS MAIL 3270. An additional Base TRANSFER definition parameter specifies a user-
extension TCLPROG for ADMIN and TMANAGER. The TRANSFER Programming
Guide explains calling sequences for user-supplied modules.
Considerations
Consider the following when you prepare your user-written object libraries:
Use only one TCLPROG for both the agent and user-written extensions to mail
clients. If you use only one object library, you do not have to determine in which
object library a user-written SCREEN COBOL program unit must reside.
If you specify a user-written SCREEN COBOL object library in your configuration,
the object library files must exist when you run the Definition program for the
TRANSFER component.
