Originator Indication (P1 and P2)

Use the GET-RECIP-REC-C20 and GET-X400-RECIP UOWs to determine which
recipients have nonreceipt notification requested for them.
Obsoleting
Indication (P2)
Obsoleting indication indicates that at least one previous mail messages is obsolete.
The message that carries this indication replaces the obsoleted message or messages.

Clients can specify items of any item type as obsolete items; however, only mail
messages (X400 or TRANSFER) can reference obsolete items and indicate that those
items are obsolete.
A message sent by an X400 originator can obsolete a message that was not previously
imported by the TRANSFER delivery system. In this case, the TRANSFER delivery
system attaches an item record of type 119 (expired item) with a text record of type
120.
Data Structure
You attach an obsoleted item to the obsoleting item and assign a component type of
101.
Access
Use the ATTACH-COMPNT-A01 UOW with type 101 to attach an obsoleted item.
Use the GET-ITEM-COMPNT-A01 UOW to retrieve an obsoleted message.
Originator Indication
(P1 and P2)
Originator indication conveys the identity of the originator to the recipient in readable
form.
Data Structure
Originator indication for outgoing messages uses the TRANSFER item creator and
default X400 naming information.
Originator Indication for incoming messages resides in the X400Name file.
Access
The gateway automatically obtains originator indication from the item creator and
several X400 configuration values.
Use the GET-X400-ORIG UOW to access originator information.
