TAREQ Event Packages

Agent Notification Message The agent notification message includes the following information:
Name of the correspondent that sent the package
Application ID that identifies the client
Name of the recipient to whom the package is sent
Package ID of the header item of the package
Selection criteria that determine which agent or agents are activated when the
package is received
Data to be passed to the agent for its own use
Agent Reply Upon receiving the notification message, the agent must respond by sending a reply to
the TAREQ. This reply indicates action that the TAREQ should take in the event of an
error and the text for messages that describe the possible errors.
TAREQ Event Packages The TAREQ generates event packages with predefined formats for certain events.
These packages always have an application ID of TAREQ (100). The agent selector
value indicates the event that triggered the package, as entered in the
AGENT-SELECTOR field of the agent notification message. Appendix B of the
TRANSFER Reference Manual lists TAREQ events and describes the format of status
packages.
