The screen is displayed with sender name, sender date, subject, and other information
as retrieved by the GET-ITEM-DESCR UOW. If the information is correct, the user
presses F1 to progress to the Agent Linkage Information screen, where the user can
specify moving the information from the retrieved message into a linkage record to be
sent to the agent.
