CAPABILITIES
The XDIR Server

The flags are defined as follows:
DONT-X400-CORR
when set to Y, indicates that the XDIR server should not be used to translate
X400 O/R names to TRANSFER correspondent names. The default value of N
indicates that the XDIR server can perform this conversion.
DONT-CORR-X400
when set to Y, indicates that the XDIR server should not be used to translate
TRANSFER correspondent names to X400 O/R names. The default value of N
indicates that the XDIR server can perform this conversion.
SEND-IMPORT-MSG
when set to Y, indicates that the import server should send an IMPORT-MSG
UOW to the XDIR server before submitting an imported message to
TRANSFER recipients. The default value of N indicates that IMPORT-MSG
UOWs should not be sent.
SEND-EXPORT-MSG
when set to Y, indicates that the export server should send an EXPORT-MSG
UOW to the XDIR server before releasing an exported message to the MTA.
The default value of N indicates that EXPORT-MSG UOWs should not be sent.
CAPABILITIES Operation
The CAPABILITIES UOW requests that the XDIR server send a CAPABILITIES RSP
that describes which functions it can perform. The XDIR server is not sent UOWs that
it cannot handle.
Note Because CAPABILITIES is a new UOW, XDIR servers built for a previous release of TRANSFER cannot
work with this release of TRANSFER.
