IMPORTANCE
contains a value ranging from 0 through 9999 and specifies the level of
importance of an item. Table 2-5 lists the values allowed in this field.

0 through 100 Low importance
101 through 200 Normal importance
201 through 200 High importance
SUBMIT-TIMED
specifies when the package is actually to be submitted. When a package is
submitted, unresolved recipient names are resolved and local package
delivery and expiration is carried out, as is package transport to local
nodes if necessary. If a client desires to postpone submitting a package for
some period of time, the client can set this field to an absolute or relative
time.
SUBMIT-EVERY
contains a relative date specifying the frequency that a package is
resubmitted. If the current time added to the time specified in the
SUBMIT-EVERY field is past the time specified in the SUBMIT-UNTIL
field, the package is not resubmitted.
SUBMIT-UNTIL
contains either a relative date or an absolute date specifying when
repeated submission of an item is to stop.
