ALTER-STATS-PARAMS Operation
ALTER-STATS-PARAMS sets one or more of the depot storage statistics facility's
configuration parameters. These altered parameters only take effect when the
TRANSFER delivery system is stopped and restarted.
If the depot storage statistics facility is active, the alteration of one or more of the
configuration parameters causes the depot storage statistics facility to return
temporarily to the "collecting—not ready" state when the TRANSFER delivery system
is subsequently restarted. You can request the state of the depot storage statistics
facility with the GET-STATS-PARAMS UOW.
