PARENT-IS-OBJECT-NAME
specifies whether the name of the object or the object ID is used to specify the
parent.
Y Parent is specified by object name.
N Parent is specified by object ID.
ALTERNATE-ATTACHMENT
specifies whether the attachment is an alternate attachment or a primary
attachment.
Y Attachment is an alternate attachment.
N Attachment is a primary attachment.
MAKE-COPY
determines whether the TRANSFER delivery system makes its own copy of
the attachment or simply points to the existing attachment.
Y The TRANSFER delivery system makes its own copy of the object.
N The TRANSFER delivery system points to the object.
If any of the above OPTIONS subfields do not contain Y or N, then E-MUST-
BE-YN is returned. If the RESERVED-1 through RESERVED-4 subfields are
not all set to N, E-RESERVED-MUST-BE-N is returned.
RETN-CODE
is the return code. TISERV returns a code in this field to indicate one of the
following entries:

4035 E-ITEM-NOT-FOUND
