DLIST-NAME
is the name to be assigned to the new distribution list. The name must be either a
TRANSFER simple name or a fully qualified name. If you are creating a PUBLIC
distribution list, the distribution list name must be unique among the set of local
interest group names, correspondent names, PUBLIC folder names, and PUBLIC
distribution list names. If the new distribution list name specified is not unique,
an E-CORR-ALREADY-EXISTS, E-GROUP-ALREADY-EXISTS, or E-PUBDL-
ALREADY-EXISTS error is returned.
SHARING-ATTRIBUTES
specifies the attributes of the shared distribution list that is to be created. If the
distribution list is private (created for an individual correspondent, rather than for
a group), sharing discipline should denote a private distribution list.
SHARING-DISCIPLINE
indicates the sharing rules for nonadministrative group members who access
the distribution list if it is shared. The default sharing discipline is V.
P
indicates that the distribution list is private (not shared).
D
specifies that the default list-sharing discipline is to be used:
If the distribution list is for a private depot, the default sharing
discipline is P (private).
If the distribution list is a new group distribution list, the default
sharing discipline is V (voluntary).
S
specifies that the new distribution list is a standard distribution list. Only
the creator of the list can add or delete distribution list members.
V
specifies that the new distribution is a voluntary sign-up list. Group
members can add or delete their own names from the distribution list.
V is the default sharing discipline.
RESERVED-1
is reserved for future use.
