Y Attachment is alternate attachment.
N Attachment is primary attachment.
CHILD-IS-OBJECT-NAME
indicates whether the attachment to be detached is specified by name or object
ID/item handle. This field is only used if the REL-POSITION field is set to 0.
Y Child is specified by object name.
N Child is specified by object ID or item handle.
If any OPTIONS subfields do not contain Y nor N, then E-MUST-BE-YN is
returned. If the RESERVED-1 through RESERVED-4 subfields are not all set to N,
E-RESERVED-MUST-BE-N is returned.
RETN-CODE
is the return code. TISERV returns a code in this field to indicate one of the
following entries:
0 OK

-4033 W-NOT-FOUND-IN-CONTEXT
4034 E-ITEM-BEING-DELETED
4035 E-ITEM-NOT-FOUND
4041 E-ITEM-UNALTERABLE
