TISERV UOW Descriptions
069139, Update 1 to 40969 Tandem Computers Incorporated 2–231
ITEM-ID
is the ID of the item whose auxiliary TRANSFER names are to be returned.
In the UOW response, the item ID is returned to this field. To refer to an item
produced by a previous UOW within the same IPC, you can replace ITEM-ID with
ITEM-HANDLE, which is defined in the “Commonly Used Fields” subsection of
this manual.
AUX-NAME-TYPE
specifies the type of auxiliary name that is to be retrieved. The value of this field
must be either 104 (for an authorizing user) or 105 (for a reply-to recipient). If the
value for AUX-NAME-TYPE does not follow these rules, the error E-INVALID-
AUX-NAME-TYPE is returned.
AUX-NAME-SEQ-NUM
specifies the auxiliary name sequence number where retrieval is to begin.
OPTIONS
includes the following fields.
SKIP-EXACT indicates where retrieval is to begin:
Y Retrieval is to begin with the record immediately following the record
specified by AUX-NAME-TYPE and AUX-NAME-SEQ-NUM, even if
that record does not exist.
N Retrieval is to begin with the record specified by AUX-NAME-TYPE
and AUX-NAME-SEQ-NUM if it exists or with the record
immediately following it if it does not exist.
ANY-SEQ-NUM specifies what values of AUX-NAME-SEQ-NUM are to be
returned:
Y All AUX-NAME-SEQ-NUM values are to be returned.
N Only the AUX-NAME-SEQ-NUM value specified is to be returned.
RESERVED-2 through RESERVED-7
are reserved by Tandem; these fields are always set to N.
NUM-REQUESTED
indicates the number of auxiliary name records that are to be retrieved. The value
of this field directly affects the size of the response.
