SHARING-ATTRIBUTES

describe a shared folder and indicate the sharing discipline for group members

without group administrative privileges who can access the shared folder. One of

the following values is returned:

indicates that the current folder is a private folder and that sharing discipline

is meaningless.

indicates that the distribution list is a private distribution list. Only the creator

of the distribution list can add or delete distribution list members. The special

distribution lists MEMBERS and ADMIN are the only distribution lists with

this sharing discipline (they are owned by the TRANSFER delivery system).

indicates that the distribution list is a voluntary sign-up list. Group members

can add or remove their own names from the distribution list.

RESERVED-1

is reserved for Tandem use.

CREATOR

is the fully qualified name of the correspondent that created the group distribution

list. If the correspondent is a member of the group where the distribution list is

defined, then that correspondent has ownership privileges for the distribution list.

If the distribution list is private and was created prior to the C20 version of the

TRANSFER delivery system, this field contains spaces.

Note Because the sharing discipline and creator name of a shared group distribution list are not alterable, there

is no UOW for altering these attributes.
