APPLIC-ID
is the numeric application ID associated with the session during which the item
was created. This value is used as agent selection criteria at recipient depots,
together with the value of AGENT-SELECTOR. The contents and meaning of
these fields are defined by your application. After delivering a package, the
TRANSFER delivery system examines these two fields to determine what agent to
invoke. You can configure an agent to react to several APPLIC-ID and AGENT-
SELECTOR values. (Refer also to the START-SESSION and ALTER-AGENT-
SELECT UOWs.)
APPLIC-ID values 100 through 499 are reserved for Tandem clients. APPLIC-ID
values 500 through 999 are reserved for agents supplied by Tandem. See
APPENDIX A in the TRANSFER Programming Guide for reserved APPLIC-ID
values.
AGENT-SELECTOR
is the agent selector criteria, as created by the ALTER-AGENT-SELECT UOW.
This number is stored with the package to determine which agents are invoked
when the package is delivered. See the description of the ALTER-AGENT-
SELECT UOW in this section.
See Appendix B, “Status Packages,” on the use of agent selectors in TRANSFER
status packages.
DELIV-CONTROL-FLAGS
specifies whether or not the package is certified. See the description of the
ALTER-ITEM-DESCR UOW in this section.
ERR-PKG-SUPPRESS-FLAGS
specifies whether or not error reporting is suppressed. See the description of the
ALTER-ITEM-DESCR UOW in this section.
P-ATTACH-COUNT
specifies the number of primary external object attachments to this item.
A-ATTACH-COUNT
specifies the number of alternate external object attachments to this item.
