RETN-CODE-DETAIL
is an error number returned by a subsystem other than the TRANSFER delivery
system or is a further qualification of an error detected by the TRANSFER delivery
system.
ELEM-DATA-BLOCK
is used in Definition II only. The data block contains the specific fields retrieved,
and is either 36 or 84 bytes long. The formats for these blocks are:

In a single UOW you can specify identifiers that return several element blocks.
You can mix long and short element blocks. Element blocks have the same format
whether they appear in the GET-PROFILE-ELEM UOW or in the ALTER-
PROFILE-ELEM UOW.
