Commonly Used Fields

REL-DATE-SUBMIT-UNTIL
indicates whether the date specified in the SUBMIT-UNTIL field in the item
descriptor is relative or absolute:
Y The date specified in the SUBMIT-UNTIL field in the item descriptor is
relative.
N The date specified in the SUBMIT-UNTIL field in the item descriptor is
absolute.
AUTOFORWARDED
indicates whether the package was autoforwarded through the X400 Gateway by
an X400 user:
Y The package was autoforwarded by a foreign X400 user.
N The package was not autoforwarded by a foreign X400 user.
The TRANSFER delivery system does not support autoforwarding, but a foreign
X400 user can autoforward a package to a TRANSFER recipient.
CONVERTED
indicates whether the package was converted before it was imported by the
gateway:
Y The package was converted before it was imported by the gateway.
N The package was not converted before it was imported by the gateway.
You can obtain the original and converted encoded information types by reading
item data records 212 and 213, respectively.
DEFER-SUBMIT
indicates whether the package was specified in a SUBMIT-PKG UOW:
Y The package was specified in a SUBMIT-PKG UOW with a value in the
SUBMIT-TIMED field specifying a date in the future and was therefore
not marked as submitted.
N The package was submitted after the time specified in the SUBMIT-
TIMED field. Asynchronous processing sets this field to N when the
package is actually submitted.
BODY-PART-ENCRYPTED
indicates whether the protocol element is set when the item is exported:
Y The protocol element is set when the item is exported. If the item was
imported, then the protocol element was detected during import.
N The protocol element is not set.
