is an error number returned by a subsystem other than the TRANSFER delivery
system or is a further qualification of an error detected by the TRANSFER delivery
system.
SUBMIT-PKG Operation
SUBMIT-PKG submits a previously created package for delivery. A package can only
be submitted by its creator.
If the submittal is successful, the TRANSFER delivery system marks the package and
all of its component items as unalterable.
When the package expiration time is reached, the TRANSFER delivery system
automatically removes the package from the INBOX folders of all recipients who have
not acknowledged receipt.
You can cancel delivery of a submitted package by issuing the CANCEL-PKG UOW.
If you wish to change the delivery parameters (such as delivery window or priority)
for a package, you must issue the ALTER-ITEM-DESCR UOW prior to the SUBMIT-
PKG UOW.
If the depot storage statistics facility is active, the amounts in the package are
calculated and entered into its item descriptor record.
If a package is not a mail (P2) package and is submitted with X400 recipients, the error
E-NO-CONTENT-TYPE is returned, but without the item data record for content type.
This item data record is 210. If an X400 recipient is added through distribution list
expansion and the content type item data record does not exist, the gateway returns a
status package.
