Installation and Configuration 
A new parameter has been added to TRDEFLTS (DEFINETR) called TRSETHIGHPIN. 
If set to YES, the TRANSFER servers that can run as high PIN processes are configured 
to do so. 
The following parameters are recognized but cannot be accessed directly by using 
CDTRDEF. You must include them in CUSTCNFG.
