ZPWY-MAP-PAR-STATS-SCLM
ZPWY-VAL-YES
for a cold start, specifies to start the subsystem regardless of whether a
PATHMON configuration file is present. The PATHMON process overwrites the
existing PATHMON configuration file with the current configuration information.
For a cool start, specifies to use the existing PATHMON configuration file to
restart the subsystem. Any unexpected PATHMON process name in the
PATHCTL file is ignored.
ZSTART
specifies whether to perform a cool start or a cold start. The valid values are:

set back to zero after the statistics data is returned.
