TS/MP Management Programming Manual (G06.24+, H06.03+)
NonStop TS/MP Management Programming Manual—540082-001
1-1
1 Introduction
This manual describes the management programming interface to the Pathway
subsystem provided by the NonStop Transaction Services (TS/MP) product. It
describes how to use programmatic commands in a management application to
configure TS/MP objects that support transaction-processing servers, how to monitor
the status and performance of these objects, and how to handle error and event
messages returned by the Pathway subsystem.
Which Sections Do You Need?
This manual is organized into logical groups of information for easy reference.
Table 1-1 is a descriptive map indicating which sections are relevant to particular
operating environments.
Note. This manual combines into one publication information about the TS/MP product that
previously appeared in the D30.02 versions of the NonStop TS/MP and Pathway Management
Programming Commands Manual and the NonStop TS/MP and Pathway Management
Programming Messages Manual
This manual describes the objects created and controlled by the TS/MP product, which support
servers in a Pathway subsystem. Objects that support requesters in a Pathway subsystem,
which are controlled by the Pathway/iTS product, are described in a separate manual set. For
more information about those objects, see the Pathway/iTS Management Programming
Manual.
