A link request from a TCP specified an entity that is not known to the PATHMON
process. This is a Pathway subsystem internal error.

indicates ZPWY-TKN-TCPNAME, which contains the name of the link manager
that is the subject of this event message.
ZPWY-TKN-EVENTCLASS
has a value of ZPWY-VAL-ERROREVENT.
ZPWY-TKN-EID
contains a PATHMON internal entry ID. N indicates that this token can occur in a
nested error message.
Effect. The request fails.
