The backup CPU for the PATHMON process or for the Pathway/iTS TCP is not
running.

ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
contains ZPWY-EVT-PM-BUCPUDOWN (1093).
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
indicates ZPWY-TKN-PMNAME or ZPWY-TKN-TCPNAME, which contains the
name of the PATHMON process or Pathway/iTS TCP that is the subject of this
event message.
ZPWY-TKN-EVENTCLASS
has a value of ZPWY-VAL-ERROREVENT.
Effect. A backup process cannot be created.
Recovery. Reload the CPU.
