An object in the Pathway subsystem, such as a server class, could not be stopped.

ZEMS-TKN-EMPHASIS
has the value ZSPI-VAL-FALSE.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
contains ZPWY-EVT-PM-SHUTDOWNFAILED (1155).
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
indicates ZPWY-TKN-PMNAME, which contains the name of the PATHMON
process that is the subject of this event message.
ZPWY-TKN-EVENTCLASS
has the value ZPWY-VAL-ERROREVENT.
Effect. The shutdown fails.
Recovery. Stop the object using the TACL STOP command and retry the shutdown.
