1070: ZPWY-ERR-PM-BUDOWN
The CONTROL or SWITCH command cannot complete because the PATHMON
process or the Pathway/iTS TCP backup process is not running.

ZSPI-TKN-ERROR
contains ZPWY-ERR-PM-BUDOWN.
ZPWY-TKN-REQCOMMAND
contains ZPWY-CMD-CONTROL or ZPWY-CMD-SWITCH from the request.
ZPWY-TKN-REQOBJECTTYPE
contains ZPWY-OBJ-PM or ZPWY-OBJ-TCP.
ZPWY-TKN-REQTCPNAME
contains the name of the TCP. If ZPWY-OBJ-PM is present with ZPWY-CMD-
CONTROL or ZPWY-CMD-SWITCH, this token is absent.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Start the object’s backup process and reissue the command.
