A LINKMON process or TCP received an invalid message synchronous ID (SYNCID).
This is a LINKMON or TCP internal error.

name of the LINKMON process or TCP that is the subject of this message.
ZPWY-TKN-EVENTCLASS
has a value of ZPWY-VAL-ERROREVENT.
Effect. The request cannot be processed.
